Mikko Ulander

Mikko Ulander leads Bondata’s public sector research. He has more than 15 years of experience in research and has worked on over 500 research projects. His areas of expertise include current societal issues and international target groups. Ulander works with a wide range of public sector organisations and labour market organisations, from ministries and government agencies to wellbeing services counties and cities, providing research‑based information to support decision-making.
